My desire to help people led me to a nursing career more than 30 years ago. My eagerness to learn led me to earn my Master's degree and nursing certifications in simulation and clinical teaching. After spending years as a nurse educator, I became passionate about helping women develop habits to improve health and wellness. As a board certified health and wellness coach, I partner with women every day to create a plan to navigate a new phase of their lives. Together we can co-create the steps to your thriving lifestyle that focuses on your mind, body, and spirit.

Katrina helped me transition to the beauty industry. She provided flexibility and availability for me to explore my goals. I transitioned from a technical career into the beauty industry part-time. Maybe one day a beauty career will be a full-time job, but knowing that I have the ability to do either is a win.
